Are you being held back in your career?

WHATEVER YOU’RE EXPERIENCING, YOU’RE BEGINNING TO NOTICE THE IMPACT OF Imposter syndrome in MANY FACETS OF YOUR LIFE:

Therapy can help:

Create space for your thoughts of self-doubt without letting your them control you. Instead of trying to quiet your inner critic, you’ll learn how to relate to your thoughts differently so they no longer keep you from speaking up in meetings, taking calculated risks, or being fully present.

Reduce the impact of your negative self-talk. You’ll learn to notice and distance yourself from thoughts like “I’m not good enough” or “I’m going to mess this up,” so you stay more focused and effective, even when anxious thoughts show up in the background.

Identify what imposter syndrome is really costing you. We’ll take a look at how these thoughts and feelings of self-doubt and self-criticism are affecting your time, energy, relationships, and ability to move up in your career. This will allow you to clearly see what’s at stake and begin to reclaim what matters most to you.

Take meaningful action, even when doubt shows up. You’ll build the skills to move forward with courage and flexibility so you can apply for that promotion, start that new venture, or simply stop overworking to prove your worth.

I’LL HELP GUIDE YOU THROUGH THIS PROCESS. Each step along the way will be tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. My passion for helping with imposter syndrome and self-confidence issues comes from a place of compassion and having been there. I experienced imposter syndrome several years ago when I was interested in starting a new professional journey. I didn’t think I knew enough or had the skills to do it well and succeed. Once I learned that my thoughts and feelings aren’t barriers I needed to eliminate but instead were signals I could learn from, I was able to move past my imposter syndrome and successfully start my journey.

Fighting with or trying to avoid our distressing thoughts never really works; they keep coming back. It would be my honor to help you manage yours.

You don’t have to live life feeling uncertain about your worth and holding yourself back from what you really want.

I can help you move toward the life and career you truly desire.
